Using our website

You may use our website to explore our services and tell us about your project using our Design Assistant.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Design Assistant

Our Design Assistant is designed to help you tell us about your project before we arrange a site visit.

The information you provide helps Tom understand your requirements, prepare for your consultation and gather the details needed to discuss your project.

Completing the Design Assistant does not guarantee a quotation and does not create a contract between you and Jaeger's Joinery.

Site visits and quotations

Every project begins with a site visit.

After reviewing your Design Assistant submission, Tom will arrange a visit to your property to discuss your requirements, take measurements and assess the project before preparing a written quotation.

All quotations are personally prepared and approved by Tom.

Orders and acceptance

A contract is only formed once you accept our written quotation and we confirm your booking.

Information provided through the Design Assistant, emails, telephone conversations or consultations does not constitute a quotation or legally binding agreement.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed within your quotation.

Where a deposit is required, work will not begin until it has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms set out in your quotation.

Changes to your project

If you request changes after accepting a quotation, additional costs or revised timescales may apply.

Any significant changes will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

Customer responsibilities

To help us complete your project safely and efficiently, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about your project.

Ensuring suitable access to your property.

Making the work area safe and accessible before work begins.

Delays caused by restricted access or inaccurate information may affect project timescales.

Bespoke products

Every item we produce is made specifically for your project.

Because bespoke products are made to your individual requirements, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Materials and workmanship

We take great care to source quality materials and complete every project to a high standard.

As timber and other natural materials vary in colour, grain and texture, small variations are a natural characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.

Warranties

Any warranty or guarantee will be explained within your quotation or accompanying project documentation where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability

We take reasonable care when providing our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Jaeger's Joinery.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page together with the revised Last updated date.
